Welcome to our house
Completed in 2009, Westbourne House is made up of 25 modern en-suite rooms and apartments with lift access to all floors.
Close to the centre of Bournemouth, Westbourne House is bright and vibrant with a real community feel. The house is just a stones throw away from the popular village of Westbourne which provides plenty of local shops, cafes, restaurants and other amenities.
Completing our house are two homely communal lounges, a spacious dining room and a bright conservatory. Outside, we have easily accessible well-maintained gardens where you can sit, relax and take in the fresh air.
Our chefs work to provide a balanced and nutritious menu using the best fresh, locally sourced produce. Ingredients for continental style breakfast are provided, allowing you to start the day at your own pace. Later on in the day, our chefs prepare delicious home-cooked lunches which are served in the communal dining room where residents enjoy a sociable meal together. Our menu has vegetarian options and our chefs are happy to cater for a variety of dietary and nutritional needs.

For a couple, there will be an additional £250 per month added to the total rent cost for your accommodation.
The house benefits from a dedicated House Manager and a fantastic team of staff. Staff are available between the hours of 9am and 6pm daily.
In addition, a Careline call system is provided for the use of residents 24 hours a day. Please be aware that the house is not staffed overnight and should there be an emergency between 6pm and 9am the Careline call system should be used.
